🏡 About the Role
As a Sales Agent at @ Real Estate, you’ll manage your own listings and clients, supported by strong backend systems and an experienced team so you can focus on doing your best work.
Your role will include:
- Listing and selling residential property across the Capricorn Coast
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with sellers and buyers
- Conducting appraisals and providing clear, honest advice
- Managing campaigns from listing through to settlement
- Negotiating confidently, ethically and professionally
- Working closely with our sales support, marketing and admin team
- Contributing positively to a calm, professional, team-first culture
This role forms part of our ongoing business growth. While we’d love the right person to start sooner rather than later, there is no urgency — we’re focused on fit, not filling a seat.

- Hold a current QLD Real Estate Licence (or are close to obtaining one)
