Hello, I am Troy my warm, welcoming, and down-to-earth nature helps me connect easily with both investors and tenants, making me a strong advocate for their needs. With 9 years of experience in property management, I take pride in personally assisting landlords and tenants across the Capricorn Coast to achieve the best return on their investment.

I bring 22 years of experience in buying, selling, investing, renovating, building, and developing property. Alongside my property development work, I also ran a successful finance business for 8 years, giving me a solid understanding of the broader property and financial landscape.

Establishing @ Real Estate Yeppoon with my partner, Natalie Gesler, has been a natural and rewarding progression. Together, we are proud to lead a business that sets the standard for real estate on the Capricorn Coast. I strive to make a busy life look easy and always aim to put others first—something I value deeply in my relationships with clients, family, and friends.
