Hi, I’m Melinda. I support the Property Management team at our Emu Park office, assisting with inspections and maintenance to ensure every property is well cared for and every client is satisfied.
I take pride in supporting our team with professionalism, care, and a strong focus on achieving the best outcomes. I’m passionate about maintaining high property standards and fostering positive relationships with both owners and tenants.
Having lived on the beautiful Capricorn Coast for many years, I feel incredibly lucky to call this region home. I bring a discerning eye, attention to detail, and a genuinely positive outlook to everything I do.
Outside of work, you’ll find me boating and island hopping around the Capricorn Coast, or unwinding in my garden—two of my favourite ways to enjoy our stunning lifestyle.
