The Capricorn Coast property market set to jump this Easter

The buoyant Capricorn Coast Property Market is set to jump to new heights this Easter, as local real estate agents gear up for the biggest Easter they have experienced so far. Traditionally Easter sees a rise in buyer activity and sales as holiday makers and those attending events such as Rocky Nats and Emu Park Festival Of The Winds fall in love with the beautiful Capricorn Coast and often decide to stay, invest or purchase a holiday home.  Thanks to the abundance of natural beauty, relaxed beach lifestyle and idealistic climate.

The traditional increase in Easter property buyers combined with the already buoyant Capricorn Coast real estate market and low stock levels is sure to result in increased buyer activity and competition.  Interestingly over the last 6 months 60% of all @ Real Estate buyers have been from out of town. Furthermore, in March 2022 the average sale price on the Capricorn Coast was around $581 000 and is now $683 000, that’s a massive 14% increase over the last 12 months. As the housing shortage continues and the popularity of Yeppoon and surrounding areas continues to explode, it is expected that this growth will continue.
