Our latest land sale in Zilzie is the perfect example.

🏡 The sellers, based out of town, had owned the block for many years. Over time, the lush coastal setting had become so overgrown that you couldn’t even tell where the block ended and the beautiful national park behind it began.

🌱 Working closely with the sellers, we arranged to have the front of the property tidied, contacted neighbouring owners to remove belongings, and prepared the block for its time to shine.
We invested time into stunning photography and captured social media content during a sunrise beach run to highlight the true magic of the location — connecting emotionally with buyers and leveraging our powerful online reach.

✨ But this sale wasn’t just about marketing. It was about relationships.
We had sold the buyer’s original family home in the same street during COVID — and now, a few years later, they chose to return to the same beloved beachside community to create new memories with their grandchildren.
