There is only one noticeable similarity with these buyers which is all the serious unit and apartment buyers are from out of town, some are even making offers sight unseen.  Out of town buyers are drawn to the beautiful Capricorn Coast with our stunning natural beauty and perfect climate and of course growing economy and affordable property prices.  Units and apartments become the natural choice for out of town buyers, keen to maximize returns and minimums the hassles such as maintenance. 

When purchasing a unit or apartment, it is recommended for to ask the agent for a copy of the body corporate discloser statement to confirm vital information about the strata fees and more, confirm the couple rates, are you able to holiday let to apartment, if so what are the coasts and likely / past returns and how often are owners permitted to use the property, are you able to owner occupied or have lot term tenants? Dose the apartment come furnished? It’s also a good idea to ask your solicitor to read over the contract and supporting documents before you sign.  Buyers also need to be aware that lenders will sometimes have different criteria for unites and apartments, especially when it come the smaller studio units, so always consult your lender before making an offer.
